Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the disability sector, with a strong understanding of the NDIS and its guidelines. You will be required to provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan, assist with daily living activities, and communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to maintain accurate records.
