Job Title: Corporate Services Manager

This is a senior role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the school's financial, physical, and human resources.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to school support staff in financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective financial planning and budgeting strategies to ensure the school's business operations are aligned with its goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of Business and Marketing Plans that align with the school's mission and vision.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership skills in delivering business outcomes and customer service.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation.
  • Financial management skills, including budget preparation and interpretation of financial procedures.
  • Human resource management skills and experience with HR practices and systems.
Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
