This is a dynamic and challenging corporate tax leadership role that requires an experienced professional to drive growth, deliver exceptional tax advisory services, and shape the future of our tax division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth through building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Lead high-performing teams to ensure top-notch service delivery, providing guidance on tax strategy and compliance.
  • Offer tailored, strategic tax advice and resolve complex tax issues, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring continuous development and technical excellence through coaching and feedback.
  • Oversee the review of income tax returns and provisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and governance frameworks for corporate clients, maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on business structuring, tax due diligence, and cross-border tax matters, utilizing expertise in international taxation.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance with a major in Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
  • Certified Accountant (CA) qualification, or equivalent.
Experience & Skills
  • Extensive experience in corporate tax advisory, compliance, and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for growing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
