We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Venue Manager at our Cockburn location. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading from the front and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.

  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.

About You
  • You have experience as a leader in retail or hospitality, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • You have a proven track record of managing key performance indicators (KPIs), labour budgets, and financial management.
  • You are confident in managing numbers and understanding what drives performance.
  • You are an effective communicator who builds connected, high-performing teams.
  • You are a driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a problem solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
