About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and high-quality catering support services within our facility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Setup each dining area ready for meal periods, ensuring all facilities are clean and tidy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of areas where food is prepared and served.
  • Assist with meal preparation when required.
  • Monitor and record requirements of our Food Safety Plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Digital literacy.
