Job Description

Our boutique luxury hotel in Crescent Head is seeking a visionary leader to serve as General Manager. As the hotel's driving force, you will shape its culture, guest experience, and reputation as a premier destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all departments to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead front-of-house, housekeeping, food & beverage, and events staff with strong team leadership and culture development.
  • Manage F&B operations, including quality, consistency, and innovation in the hotel's restaurant, bars, and in-room dining.
  • Drive financial performance through revenue growth, budgeting, and long-term sustainability.
  • Engage with the local community and creative partners to position the hotel as an influential lifestyle hub.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role in a luxury or boutique hospitality environment. Demonstrated operational expertise, strong financial acumen, and a passion for high-end guest service. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential. You must have a depth of knowledge around high-end food & beverage and accommodation.
