Job Role: Hospitality Server

• Main Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, noting any special requests or dietary requirements.
• Promptly serve food and beverages, ensuring they are presented according to high standards.
• Regularly check in with diners, addressing any concerns or needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the area, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Process payments efficiently, presenting bills to guests as needed.
• Suggest additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest's experience.
• Handle special requests and accommodate guests' needs to the best of ability.
• Foster a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role, demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage items, and showcase excellent communication skills.
