Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as General Manager, responsible for shaping the hotel's culture, guest experience, and reputation as a premier boutique destination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations of all departments, ensuring seamless delivery of high-touch guest experiences.
  • Provide strong team leadership and culture development, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food & beverage, and events staff.
  • Manage F&B operations, including the hotel's restaurant, bars, and in-room dining—ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Drive the hotel's financial performance, including revenue growth, budgeting, and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Engage with the local community and creative partners to position the hotel as an influential part of the lifestyle.
About You (Essential Qualifications)
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role in a luxury or boutique hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated operational expertise, strong financial acumen, and a passion for high-end guest service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Must be experienced and have a depth of knowledge around high-end food & beverage as well as accommodation.
