- Lead the consultation for, design and planning of the second line compliance assurance program over a 12 month and 3-year horizon based on expert understanding of functional risk profiles, the compliance risks and maturity of the relevant areas, and prudential requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership of second line compliance assurance team
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence, positively influencing risk behaviours throughout the organisation.
- Significant experience within a compliance, risk or audit management role acquired in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Highly developed analytical skills, demonstrating the capability to analyse and interpret complex information from a broad range of sources (locally and internationally) and to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.

- Knowledge of regulatory environment and change drivers
- Proven experience developing enterprise-wide frameworks to enable sustained compliance with prudential frameworks, regulation, and ISO 37301:2021 Compliance Management Systems.
