Job Title: Talent Acquisition Expert

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our client find and hire great people for their high-volume roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at managing a large candidate pipeline and quickly filling critical positions. You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to extending offers, sourcing and screening candidates efficiently using various platforms, conducting phone screens and interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume recruitment process, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.
  • Develop and implement effective time management and organisational skills, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Utilise excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and ATS systems.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
