Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Expert. This role will be responsible for running a Technical and Professional desk, nurturing and growing client relationships, and driving business growth through effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Recruitment agency role, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organisational skills. They will also possess a great team mentality and goals-focused attitude, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 360 end-to-end recruitment
  • Interpreting legislation, awards, and collective agreements to determine hourly pay rates
  • Identifying new opportunities to continually grow accounts
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with clients in line with company policies and procedures
  • Business development with new and existing clients
  • Market mapping
  • Nurturing and growing client relationships
  • Planning and executing hiring strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment agency role
