Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our major accounts within the aged care and retirement living sector.

This national role focuses on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, negotiating high-value deals, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of major national accounts across aged care and retirement living.
  • Developing and executing strategic partnership plans to drive business growth.
  • Leading negotiations and closing complex commercial agreements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Identifying market trends, client needs, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or partnerships.
  • A strong understanding of the aged care and/or retirement living sectors (preferred).
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of successful deal-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage a national portfolio and work independently.
