Job Summary:

The Security Project Coordinator will play a key role in the successful delivery of major and minor security projects within the Australia New Zealand (ANZ) region. This role will support the design, development, and implementation of security solutions, working closely with local value-added resellers and other client entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Develop and manage physical design policies.
  • Design and implement security solutions based on client policies.
  • Develop and issue bill of materials (BOMs) for major and minor works.
  • Coordinate with internal entities and stakeholders for works completion, testing, and commissioning.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with client policies.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with physical security systems and terminology.
  • Project management certification, preferred.
  • Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to read and analyze architectural floor plans.
  • Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and initiative driven.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

This role requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions, including regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. Travel across the ANZ region may be required for the successful completion of assigned projects.
