Job Summary:

The School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our community as Deputy Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the school's vision and objectives, providing key advice and support to the Principal and Senior Leaders, and leading the operational aspects of the school.

About the School:

Founded in 1977, the School is a Christian institution located in the Sutherland Shire, approximately 25km southwest of Sydney CBD. We cater to over 930 students from Prep to Year 12 and have a strong culture of care where students, teachers, and parents work together in a close-knit community.

We are committed to raising children in the Christian faith, where school is an extension of home reinforcing Christian teaching. Our school is inclusive of those seeking to educate their children within a caring Christian community.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will be a committed Christian in the reformed evangelical tradition with outstanding leadership and teaching abilities. You will be able to inspire students, teachers, and parents while managing the daily operational aspects of the school with attention to risk and compliance.

You will actively contribute to the development of authentic Christian education within the school, working collaboratively with the Executive team to facilitate a positive learning climate for staff and students. A contemporary knowledge of curriculum, educational trends, schooling practices, wellbeing, and pedagogy relevant to student and staff learning outcomes is essential.
