Leadership Role for Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to assume a leadership position overseeing a team of executive assistants across our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the efficient functioning of the team and foster their growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of executive assistants, ensuring their optimal performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for training and development within the EA team.
  • Oversee EA assignments, balancing workloads to maintain fairness and efficiency across the team.
  • Promote the interests of the EA community across various functions, including Guest Relations, Travel, IT, and more.
  • Perform performance management, guiding performance review discussions and managing the year-end process.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant, complemented by strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work independently with confidence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced skills.
