Senior Business Leader

This role is accountable for setting the expectations for overall client engagement and service delivery. The Senior Business Leader establishes best practices to serve clients across multiple service offerings and empowers and enables their operations team to deliver superior service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a single client account or a portfolio of accounts effectively
  • Drive the quality of service delivery across the organization by implementing strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve and standardize all aspects of client operations, ensuring operational excellence
  • Execute modifications to organizational design and teams to optimize operational activity and improve client experience
  • Ensure operational controls and management information reporting requirements are fulfilled, maintaining transparency and accountability
  • Foster excellent senior client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Drive and maintain operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure delivery against operational and financial business targets, meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Create and execute client account plans that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and control costs effectively, identifying areas for optimization and cost savings
  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop the account, exploring new markets and revenue streams
  • Provide leadership for an individual or team, mentoring and developing future leaders
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices
  • At least 8 years' experience and a proven track record of being a recognized leader and manager of people in a national or global customer service-intensive environment
  • Minimum 8 years of business disciplines experience, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
  • Minimum 3 years managing key account teams globally/locally, leading cross-functional teams and driving results
  • Minimum 2 years responsibility for profit and loss in a large organization, ensuring financial stewardship and accountability
  • Demonstrated record in developing strategic solutions that have permanently resolved poor contract performance or difficult situations, leveraging expertise and resources
  • Established accomplishments in successfully growing volume, profitability, and client satisfaction, driving business growth and expansion
  • Excellent client service skills with a service-minded approach towards the client, remaining calm and confident in stressful situations
