Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick (POF). As a key member of our Marketing and Business Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our marketing and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of our content management strategy, including the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and brand awareness.
- Assist in the production of online advertising, including the coordination and reporting of Google Adword and LinkedIn Paid campaigns.
- Update and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Research and create promotional items, such as videos and social media content.
- Coordinate the development of tender responses and pricing proposals.
- Conduct research for attorney business development activities.
About You:
We are looking for a reliable, open-minded individual with a 'can-do' attitude, who is keen to further develop their skills in a range of exciting marketing and business development projects. You will also possess the following:
- A tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or at least 2 years of relevant experience within a professional environment.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate within a team.
