Commercial Acquisitions Leader

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Commercial Acquisitions Leader to spearhead our commercial department. This critical role is instrumental in sourcing high-value commercial properties and providing expert guidance on strategic investment decisions aligned with client portfolio strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions, asset management or investment management. Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or a related field is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the strategic direction and operations of the Commercial Department.
  • Proactively identifying commercial properties that align with client investment objectives and fund criteria.
  • Providing expert advice on property acquisition, portfolio strategy and divestment decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders, property owners and fund partners.
  • Overseeing and enhancing client experience, investment reporting accuracy and due diligence standards.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to foster a high-performing department.
