The successful Lead Clinical Learning Strategist will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of effective learning strategies to enhance the skills of nursing and support staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying specific learning requirements through annual education needs analysis
- Ensuring educational activities meet customer needs and expectations
- Maintaining current knowledge of nursing and healthcare best practice
- Coordinating evidence-based educational activities to meet quality initiatives
Requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA and a current practicing certificate
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Training and Assessment
- Leadership experience and commitment to continuing professional development
- Knowledge of current nursing issues and practices
- Good computer literacy and ability to run reports
Desirable qualifications include previous experience in a similar role and post-graduate qualifications in education.
