We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Clinical Lead for our Tasmanian Eating Disorder Service (TEDS). As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and overseeing day-to-day operations of TEDS South. You will lead the development and management of a team delivering specialist community-based intensive treatment for adults with eating disorders.

Job Description

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee day-to-day operations of TEDS South.
  • Lead the development and management of a multidisciplinary team delivering specialist community-based intensive treatment for adults with eating disorders.
  • Ensure optimal clinical processes and patient outcomes; manage human and physical resources effectively.
  • Lead change and service development initiatives statewide and regionally.
  • Enhance consumer and carer participation in all service levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Specialist mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification or equivalent hospital-based program leading to registration.
  • Current Working with Children Registration.
