Our Employment Services team is seeking a dedicated professional to play a vital role in helping job seekers achieve their employment goals.
As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients, identifying their skills and abilities, and assisting them in securing sustainable employment opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Helping job seekers identify their skills and abilities, and secure employment
- Delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
- Creating and implementing a joint job plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
- Building relationships with local employers and community organizations
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
