About the Role
- Support and guide clients to attain suitable, employment opportunities that lead to sustainable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as part of managing referrals & intake process of job seekers into chosen program.
- Assess job seeker skills, abilities, identify barriers and intervention strategies.
Skill and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use computer systems and maintain accurate data.
- Build rapport, grow and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.
