We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to enhance our night operations at the hotel. In this part-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering exceptional customer service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest accounts, post charges, reconcile payments, and generate daily reports in close collaboration with the Night Manager.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assist with inquiries at the Front Desk.
  • Ensure effective communication of any issues during handovers at the start and end of each shift.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer proficiency; experience with Opera V5 or Opera Cloud is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.
