">Responsible Night Operations Coordinator
Night operations require a skilled coordinator who can monitor security and safety, respond to emergencies, and provide support to residents. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
">- Monitor building security and safety, perform perimeter checks, and resolve issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
- Carry out administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
- Effectively manage incidents during night shifts, including grievances and conflict resolution.
- Provide support to residents, acting as a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
- Respond to resident calls about noise or disturbances within the building and lockouts.
- Attend required training and staff meetings when necessary.
Mandatory Requirements:
">- Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand.
- National Police Check – within 3 months.
- Working with Children Check (NSW).
- First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays, with two shift options: 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM.
