Job Title: Assistant Night Manager

About the Role:

The Night Operations Coordinator will oversee all hotel operations overnight, supporting the team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Night Team to complete night audit processes and maintain accurate financial records.
  2. Train and develop Nights Team members, promoting InterContinental brand standards in all daily operations.
  3. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through prompt, professional service and personal recognition.
  4. Support Front Office staff in providing guests with timely and courteous service, attention, and recognition.
  5. Respond promptly and calmly to emergency situations, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
  6. Maintain cashiers' float, ensuring accurate daily reports and preparing all work for audit in an orderly fashion.
  7. Oversee the preparation of nightly financial reports and collaborate with the finance team to ensure high-quality auditing and reporting.
  8. Adhere to local health, safety, and compliance requirements, as well as InterContinental brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Four years of guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in the local language is required.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificates are essential.
