Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the logistics department, you will be responsible for managing order processes, stock movements, and relevant documentation for domestic almonds and imports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Order Processes: Create purchase orders, manage order flow with local packers, and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
- Stock Reconciliation: Provide monthly stock on hand and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Domestic Sales: Create instructions for warehouses and liaise with transport to arrange local delivery.
- Invoicing: Invoice and cost all shipments accurately.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask, communicate, negotiate, and influence across stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of shipping processes and logistics.
- Experience in preparing import documentation, including Phytosanitary Certificates and Bills of Lading.
- Exposure to SAP or similar business systems.
