About the Role

This fixed-term opportunity will see you join our Air Affairs operations in Nowra, where you will report to a Senior People Partner and provide HR advice and guidance. You will assist with the ongoing maintenance and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as supporting various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient first-line support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and activities
  • Evaluate, prepare, and update position descriptions
  • Support the continuous development and implementation of HR processes
  • Compile and provide data and employment information to the employee services team
  • Manage ongoing compliance requirements, including development of plans and reports
  • Work with the broader People team to ensure seamless delivery of HR cyclical activates are rolled out, understood, and embedded into functional teams
About You

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience working in an agile HR team
  • Sound working knowledge of and the proven ability to interpret and advise on the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Willingness to work operationally and on projects
  • Attention to detail with the ability to implement and manage processes
