We are seeking an experienced Project Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and project coordination services under the direction of our management team.
Key Responsibilities:Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations, including minute-taking and action implementation.
Provide contract administration support for reporting and engagement, including calendar management and information collation.
Source, compile, and analyze data to identify emerging issues and track project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate and update marketing materials and collateral for our services and present them through slide decks.
Organize marketing and engagement events, including site visits, GP and VMO meetings, venue arrangements, invitations, and logistics.
Support project implementation through engagement with facilities and delivery of change management strategies as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Desirable experience in project management.
Able to interact with various stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt your style to suit diverse audiences.
Highly organized with strong time management skills and autonomy in a virtual work environment.
Able to research and analyze information, making recommendations based on relevant evidence.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience in Miro, Visio, and Project being a plus.
