Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

As a key figure in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in implementing quality management systems across projects.
You will be responsible for supervising QA/QC Coordinators to ensure alignment and expectations are met.
The Opportunity- Lead the implementation of quality management systems across projects.
- Supervise QA/QC Coordinators to ensure alignment and expectations are met.
- Resolving QA/QC queries according to relevant specifications, standards, and procedures.
- Escalate quality concerns to the QA/QC Manager.
- Prepare and present reports to the workforce.
- Assist the QA/QC Manager in developing procedures and plans.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA/QC role in construction projects.
A strong understanding of welding standards (AS/NZS 1554.1, AS 4037, AS 4041, AS 4458, AS 3992) is essential for this position.
Highly autonomous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will thrive in our dynamic environment.
About You- Hold a CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a QA/QC role in construction projects.
- Strong understanding of welding standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
