We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and deliver exceptional service to residents of our care home.
About the Role:This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Assist in providing direct care services to residents, ensuring they receive the support they need to live fulfilling lives.
- Work under the guidance of a nurse unit manager and collaborate closely with health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Contribute directly to the well-being of residents while working in a nurturing and team-oriented setting.
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Proven experience in exercising judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a role.
- Experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field.
- Experience in dealing with aged, frail, or disabled individuals.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
