Personal Care Support Role
We are seeking experienced carers to join our residential aged care homes as Personal Care Attendants on a Permanent Part-Time/Casual basis.
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will be working in our care homes, supporting residents with daily life activities and providing person-centered care. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that prioritizes each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- Support residents with daily life tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Work with our team to support residents with challenging needs, including those with dementia and physical disabilities.
- Help keep residents physically active through exercises and social activities.
- Monitor residents' health and administer treatments as required.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' dignity at all times.
Key Requirements:
You have a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives.You hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.You have prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.You possess excellent clinical documentation and computer skills.What We Offer:
