The Residential Assistant House Supervisor role presents a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills in residential care.
This position involves overseeing the daily well-being of young people assisted by residential care workers in the absence of or unavailability of the House Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and growth of young people, as well as stepping in to lead during times of need and maintaining a secure and healthy living environment.
Key responsibilities include guiding residential care workers, promoting therapeutic practices, and ensuring smooth home operations.
Strong leadership abilities and the application of learned therapeutic techniques are essential in delivering high-quality care and creating a positive atmosphere for young people.
