Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the effective management of assets for a high-profile contract. This entails overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment to ensure they are functioning optimally.

The Role's Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Ensure compliance with relevant governance regulations.">
  • Develop and implement planned/preventive maintenance (PPM) plans.">
  • Regularly review maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement.">
  • Conduct asset register reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.">
  • Generate asset management reports to inform decision-making.">
  • Closing the gap on non-compliant items to ensure optimal asset performance.">
  • Manage variations, including assets, PPM, and locations.">
  • Enhance asset performance and risk management through strategic planning.">
  • Implement audit programs to collect asset data accurately.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge in asset management plans and life cycle planning. A trade or tertiary qualification in asset management, building, construction, engineering, or a relevant field is desirable.

Experience working in facilities management, building services, or M&E maintenance, supporting commercial clients, is essential. Ideally, the candidate should understand ISO55001 and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong Microsoft skills in Word and Excel, as well as experience in CMMS, are required.
