Job Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client programs and project delivery, focusing on sustainable building solutions and energy efficiency measures.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive site assessments, energy audits, and developing Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings.
  • You will also be responsible for delivering NABERS evaluations and improvement plans, as well as supporting Green Star certification projects.
  • Other key tasks include applying mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and renewable energy integration, producing high-quality client deliverables, and collaborating with our team to drive innovation and excellence.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations.
  • Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development.
  • Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and project management experience with proven client relationship capabilities.
Additional Requirements
  • Building performance simulation experience (IES or similar).
  • Chartered Engineer status or working toward chartership.
  • Green Star Accredited Professional certification.
  • NABERS Assessor accreditation.
