About This Role- Leadership: Provide technical and operational leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the city's long-term objectives, incorporating asset management, environmental sustainability, and engineering design principles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including elected members, community groups, and external partners, to secure funding and drive positive outcomes.
- Proven experience in strategic leadership and team management.
- Strong governance, financial management, and risk mitigation skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field (desired).
