The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to deliver client-centred management and provide 1:1 consultancy work.
- Rehabilitation Case Management to negotiate positive outcomes
- Single Service Assessments, including functional assessments
- Worksite Assessments, including ADL's, Pre-Employment Medicals, Ergonomic assessments & JTAs
- Facilitating worker independence as they return to work
- Providing services to NDIS participants
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
- Provide expert advice and guidance on workplace modifications and return-to-work strategies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
- ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Excellent written and report writing abilities and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for time management
Desirable
- Two or more years of experience in the field
