Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across various sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Assessments: Conduct functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans.
  • Case Management: Develop and monitor rehabilitation plans, liaise with key stakeholders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Client Relationships: Build relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy.
  • Registration: Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Working Rights: Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Driver's License: Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
