Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across various sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Assessments: Conduct functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans.
- Case Management: Develop and monitor rehabilitation plans, liaise with key stakeholders, and maintain accurate records.
- Client Relationships: Build relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 + Super

- Driver's License: Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
