Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation counselors, psychologists, and social workers, enhancing their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Provide expert guidance through structured quality assurance and strategic reviews.
- Utilize strong clinical and technical knowledge to maintain high service standards for clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with team members and key clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology with full registration with AHPRA/ASORC.
- A minimum of two years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting; previous team leader experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A commitment to excellence with a passion for helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
- A culture of innovation, encouraging staff to contribute new ideas.
