Role Overview

This role is responsible for liaising with external stakeholders to ensure approval milestones are achieved, and providing high-quality customer support to our customers throughout the development approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as councils, surveyors, conveyancers, service providers etc. to ensure all approval milestones are achieved.
  • Provide a high standard of customer support by answering queries and resolving any concerns.
  • Update and maintain all documentation for each build.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills, and be passionate and committed to delivering successful outcomes for our customers and business.

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Planning process, building and construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment and maintain effectiveness in different situations.
