Enrolment Liaison Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and organized individual to facilitate enrolment processes for the school. The Enrolment Liaison Specialist will work closely with the College Leadership Team, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and discretion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communications Management: Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Data Analysis: Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and experience in data manipulation is required.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, are crucial.
- Crisis Management: The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail ensures high-quality results.
- Stakeholder Management: Confident working with various stakeholders to meet organisational goals.
- Professional Services: A commitment to excellence in providing professional services.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team and share tasks.
- Adaptability: Adaptability - adjusting to changes in enrolment processes and policies and regularly seeking to enhance methods and workflows.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
