About the Opportunity

The role is responsible for increasing external and internal customer satisfaction by being a central point of contact providing information on deliveries and complaint resolution efficiently.

In this Role

  • Proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure investing the necessary level of involvement required for each claim depending on the category type and quantum of the claim.
  • Accurately input all orders both supplier and customers ensuring optimum service levels.
  • Answer all inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders/customers to optimize service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution for your customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update customer delivery details for the TMS roll out.
  • Resolve all conflict to achieve a "Win Win" solution by balancing the needs of the customer and the needs of the business.
  • Create outstanding and enduring customer value by assessing each individual customer's circumstances.
  • Perform administration tasks and other duties as required.
