About the Role:
Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our office in Lithgow. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues alike.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with meetings, events, and catering arrangements.
- Support the property management team with rental enquiries, applications, inspections, and maintenance requests.
- Help the sales team with marketing, stock lists, and online content.
- Maintain accurate records and key information up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to learn about property laws and local area knowledge.
- Driver's license is an asset.
