Job Description

You will be a key relationship builder in supporting the growth of businesses across regional Australia.

As part of our Agribusiness team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored financial solutions that help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
  • Lead strategy, deal execution, and negotiation of financial solutions, while proactively managing risk

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape, with exposure to horticulture and broadacre cropping an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Confidence in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow drivers
