Leadership Development and Consultancy Manager\Entities

The role of Leadership Development and Consultancy Manager involves driving the development of leadership strategy and enhancing consultancy offerings. This position requires a collaborative, forward-thinking individual with a heart for service and a passion for cultivating leadership potential within a Christian context.

This leader will be responsible for leading the ongoing development of our Coram Deo Leadership program, focused on senior executive leaders. They will also develop and implement robust monitoring and feedback systems to assess the effectiveness of leadership programs at all levels.

In addition, they will establish mentoring and coaching structures to support leaders across our network and serve as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.

  • Collaborate with key staff to implement leadership development programs targeting junior, middle, and senior management levels within our schools.\
  • Develop and implement consultancy services to meet the needs of senior school leaders.\
  • Build on and enhance our current consultancy framework, streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.\\-

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships. A proven capability in data-driven program evaluation, performance measurement, and continuous improvement is also essential.

A full-time position is available, however a split of the role responsibilities to allow for part-time may be possible. Our office location can accommodate remote work, with preference given to candidates based in Greater Sydney or Melbourne.
