Maintenance and Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the Maintenance and Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth management, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of all assets and infrastructure within our portfolio.

This leadership position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within healthcare or hospital environments, as well as experience with budgeting and financial management for maintenance operations.

The successful candidate will be able to oversee the timely and cost-effective delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They will also be a key member of a collaborative team, contributing to the development of maintenance strategies that support patient care and operational excellence across sites.

  • Oversight of effective management, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of all assets and infrastructure within our portfolio.
  • Timely and cost-effective delivery of corrective and preventative maintenance, in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Contribution to the development of maintenance strategies that support patient care and operational excellence across sites.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Services.
  • Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within healthcare or hospital environments.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management for maintenance operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CMMS platforms (e.g., Technology One, MEX, Maximo, or similar).
