About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Housing Stability team at AnglicareSA Ltd. As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading and developing our team of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Leadership: Oversee clinical supervision, staff development, case management, and team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Quality Service Provision: Drive evidence-based practice, ensure child-centered and trauma-informed care, and build strong community partnerships to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Data and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide clinical supervision and develop comprehensive professional development plans for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular case reviews to ensure effective intervention and risk management strategies are in place, promoting the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Allocate caseloads and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff in assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and cultural safety within the team, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Monitor team performance against key performance indicators and contribute to broader organizational goals, ensuring alignment with AnglicareSA's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client outcomes, promoting a culture of partnership and collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation of evidence-based practices and promote a culture of reflective practice, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
What We're Looking For
  • High-level case management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
  • Clinical supervision expertise, with the ability to provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and inform service improvement initiatives.
  • Social work or equivalent qualification, with a deep understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of homelessness and its impact on individuals and families, with a passion for working with this client group.
