Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group Pty Limited. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations across our outlets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.
About the Role:
- Assist the Retail Manager in coordinating the front of house team's daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional, prompt, and friendly service, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance, increase revenue, and improve productivity.
- Address guest feedback in a timely manner, ensuring all customers have a positive experience.
- Consistently follow safety guidelines and report any hazards, near misses, or accidents to appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar restaurant or retail environment, with a proven track record of leading a team and driving business results.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to confidently lead team briefing sessions and motivate team members.
- Good knowledge of the Melbourne food and beverage scene, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience with an online booking system and a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
