**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Strategic Client Advocate. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction;
- Provide proactive, empathetic, and personalized support to clients, including product training and consultation;
- Identify opportunities to improve client adoption and retention;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our products;
- Communicate client needs to the Product team to inform roadmap development;
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A customer-centric mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction in every interaction;
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions;
