As our Transportation Director, you will oversee the effective and compliant movement of goods globally.

The Role
  • Manage all imports and exports across multiple regions, ensuring timely delivery and optimal logistics solutions.
  • Lead freight strategy, supplier performance, and contract negotiations to drive cost-efficiencies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversight on freight cost control, forecasting, and reporting for product margin analysis and informed business decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with customs and regulatory requirements in all regions, minimizing risk exposure.
  • End-to-end shipment visibility and tracking within ERP systems, streamlining supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Logistics team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Drive process improvements and cost-efficiencies, including container optimization and freight route optimization.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across production, distribution, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in freight, logistics, or global shipping management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven knowledge of customs/import laws and international shipping regulations, with the ability to navigate complex regulations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and freight negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving value.
