As a senior rehabilitation consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients transition back to work and daily activities.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for supporting clients experiencing workplace or motor vehicle injuries to regain their independence and productivity.
  • Conduct a range of services including workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to drive effective collaboration and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to service innovation and quality enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications as an exercise physiologist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or osteopath plus relevant professional accreditation (e.g., APHRA, ESSA).
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is preferred but not essential – we value professionalism, integrity, and a growth mindset.
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary for optimal performance.
